Thurs & Fri, May 1-2
Cobb Salad: Hearty ingredients come together on a bed of greens--turkey breast, bacon, avocado, tomato, hard-cooked egg, and cheddar cheese.  Served with a wine vinegar & dijon viniagrette.   
Chicken Pot Pie: Served in the evening only.  Poached chicken breast with fresh vegetables simmered in a seasoned & thickened stock.  Served rustic style with a puff pastry crust.
Shrimp Cocktail Dinner: Served in the evening only.  Ten steamed and chilled shrimp fanned around a heaping portion of tangy cocktail sauce for dipping.  Served with wild rice & steamed vegetables.

Sat, May 3

Tues & Wed, May 6-7
Sausage & Apple Kraut: Served in the evening only.  Smoked Kielbasa sausage served on a bed of sweet apple sauerkraut--a great pairing.   
Chicken Oscar: Served in the evening only.  Tenderized chicken breast sauteed golden and topped with fresh asparagus, crab meat, and a terragon hollandaise sauce.  Served on a bed of sour cream mashed potatoes.
Slow Roasted Boneless Chops: Served in the evening only.  Oven roasted twin center cut pork chops smothered in a creamy mushroom and onion sauce.  Accompanied by a risotto-style rice pilaf for a perfect pairing--guaranteed to cut with a fork!

Thurs, Fri, & Sat, May 8-10
Turkey Club Croissant: Fresh Croissant layered with turkey breast, bacon, swiss cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, and mayo.  Served with an Italian vegetable pasta salad.  
Salmon Cakes: Served in the evening only.  Flaked salmon with onion & seasonings are bound together with bread crumbs in 2 patties--a very simple presentation to maintain the flavor of the salmon.  Served with lyonnaise potatoes & cream style peas.
Apricot Glazed Windsor: Served in the evening only. Warm Asian inspired soy apricot glaze spooned over a grilled Windsor chop.  Served with a baked potato & steamed vegetables.
